The process

From first request to shortlisting, in eight defined steps.

Every sale on this portal follows the same sequence. Each step has a clear owner and, where it matters, a defined deadline.

  1. Request access

Introduce yourself through the access request form. A short profile is enough; no documents are required at this stage.

  2. Qualification and invitation

Amwaj reviews each request. Qualified investors receive a personal invitation to the portal; access is never open to the public.

  3. Confidentiality undertaking

Before detailed materials open, you accept a confidentiality undertaking. The NDA is recorded electronically, with the time and version of the text you accepted.

  4. The investment case

An interactive report presents the asset: context, planning position, scenarios, and sensitivities. Every value shown is drawn from a model approved by Amwaj and prepared by Yemnak, and carries a version stamp.

  5. Data room

Titles, permits, surveys, and technical documents are available in a controlled data room for your own diligence.

  6. Site visit

Serious interest is followed by a visit to the asset, arranged with your relationship manager.

  7. Indicative offer

Offers are submitted through a structured form so that every proposal arrives on comparable terms, within a defined deadline stated in Athens time.

  8. Shortlisting toward SPA

Amwaj shortlists offers and moves with selected investors toward a sale and purchase agreement.
